No contracts. No upfront cost. Call or text 715-699-2124
You get the hardware and the software at no upfront cost. We earn on payment processing. That is the whole trade, and you should understand it before you sign anything.
We place the equipment and support it for as long as you process payments through us. Stop processing with us and the equipment comes back.
Because the equipment is not the business. Payment processing is. Every card your customers tap generates a processing fee, and a share of that is what pays for the terminal, the install, the training and the support line.
That model is common in this industry and there is nothing underhanded about it, as long as somebody tells you plainly. Most owners get burned not by the trade itself but by finding out about it after signing.
Do not compare our hardware price against a competitor’s hardware price. Compare the total monthly cost: processing plus software fees plus hardware financing. That is the only number that tells you the truth, and it is the number we want you to check.
Typically a week to ten days, depending on how complicated the menu is and how fast the approval comes back.
We talk about how the room runs and what you use now. If you are already taking cards, send a recent processing statement. We read it back to you in plain English whether or not you go ahead.
Processing rates, any monthly costs, the equipment being placed, and the term. In writing, before anything is signed. If a number is not on that page, ask us about it and make us write it down.
A standard merchant application goes for approval. While it clears, we build your menu, your modifiers, your floor plan and your staff logins from what you send us.
A technician comes to your address, sets up the hardware, connects the printers and readers, and trains your staff on your floor with your menu. Not a box and a link to a help center.
You open on it. From that point the 24/7/365 line is yours, and a Tampa Bay number reaches somebody who knows your setup.
The equipment cost is carried by the payment processing relationship rather than billed to you up front. You are not buying the hardware and you are not leasing it. It stays our equipment, placed at your business, for as long as you process payments through us.
Yes, and that is the core of the deal. The free placement is tied to an approved payment processing agreement. If you want to keep your current processor and simply buy a system outright, we are not the right fit and we will say so on the first call.
Those are quoted to your business specifically, because they depend on your card mix, your average ticket and your monthly volume. You get them in writing in the proposal before you sign. Any company that will not put rates and term in writing before signature is telling you something.
While you are processing with us, faulty equipment gets repaired or replaced. That is part of what the processing relationship pays for. Damage from misuse, water or a dropped terminal is handled case by case, so ask us where that line sits.
Yes. Growing rooms add stations, kitchen displays, handhelds or a kiosk as the business justifies them. Additional equipment is placed under the same program rather than sold to you.
Yes. Sales, labor and end-of-day reporting are included, and you can read them from the Pecan Reports app on your phone rather than only at the terminal after closing.
The placed equipment is returned when the processing relationship ends. If you sell as a going concern, the new owner can often take over the agreement. Talk to us early in either case and it is straightforward.
No. On-site installation, menu programming and staff training are part of the placement across Hillsborough, Pinellas and Pasco counties.
What you pay monthly is set out in your written proposal. The point of the program is that you are not paying a separate per-terminal software subscription on top of processing, but you should confirm every line of your own quote rather than take a website’s word for it.
We will tell you what you are paying now, what you would pay with us, and whether the switch is worth your time.
